Kontent Films’ Mark Decena (center) of the newly formed Filmmakers Advisory Board met up at Tosca with others of the 21-strong group as well as San Francisco Film Society staffers (among them, left, Director of Programming Linda Blackaby and Publicity Coordinator Bill Proctor) Wednesday night to talk about the SFFS’s Filmmaker Services and the hopefully bright future of San Francisco filmmaking in tough times.
